How To Make Mulled Wine Using Dionysos Mulled Wine Barrel?

The main spices used in classical mulled wine are cloves, cinnamon, ginger, lemon, sugar, orange, quince, apple peels, raisins, pomegranate, nutmeg, vanilla, star anise, bay leaves, new springs and other different dried herbs such as cardamom.

Fill the wine of your choosing into the chrome chamber by removing the sealed lid located on the top of our Dionysos Mulled Wine Barrel.

Add the type and amount of desired spice mix you want in the special brewing bag which comes with our product. We highly recommend using spices without sugar as they can spoil the texture and taste of the wine. Put the spice-filled brewing bag into the chamber and seal the lid. Then using the touch screen, select the desired temperature you want your mulled wine to be served. With options 40, 50, 60, 70 degrees celsius after that all you have to do is press “start” and the thermostat will automatically switch off once the chosen temperature is reached and auto-reheat it once it drops below. Once the temperature is reached, you may then add some sugar if you prefer. You may also remove the brewing bag anytime or make additions according to your desired taste and aroma texture preference.
